Terms of use
These terms cover the Kashi apps for macOS and iOS and kashi.ueki.dev, provided by Travis Ueki (“we”). By using Kashi, you agree to these terms.
Early access
Kashi is pre-release software for invited testers. Features can change or be removed, and the apps can contain bugs. Back up anything important before you let agents change it.
Your computer, your agents, and your code
Kashi runs coding agents on a computer that you control. You choose what each agent and Job can do, including whether a Job waits for your approval. You’re responsible for the changes that agents make to your code and systems, and for reviewing them before you rely on them.
Third-party services
Coding agents and connected services, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, and Sentry, have their own terms. You need your own accounts with them, and your use of them follows their terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Kashi to break the law, to access systems or data that you aren’t allowed to access, or to interfere with the relay or other people’s use of Kashi.
Open source
Kashi is built on Paseo, which is available under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs your use of the source code. These terms cover the Kashi apps and services that we provide.
App Store
If you get Kashi from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
No warranty
Kashi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, that come from your use of Kashi.
Changes and ending
We can update these terms. If we do, we update this page and its effective date. You can stop using Kashi at any time by deleting the apps. We can end access to early builds at any time.
